Use the Democracy Wall

The adoption of this facility has changed the way our workshops and trainings are carried out. It helps us to vent out our feelings; our excitement; our fears; our hopes and expectations. The only way an event can be improved is when all of us use the democracy wall.
We propose therefore, that we adopt the democracy wall on a point on our wiki. This way we shall see the progress of our learning and experience, while at the same time track our growth. What do guys think about this?
Use the democracy wall...?

Good to be here...

When we were all seated at our comfortable corners on our comfortable seats at our places of work (define what they mean or feel),we were often driven to think that we were the gurus in our own fields. Probably until our introduction to Web 2.0.
Until then we all carried out our activities in virtually the same conservative way as our forefathers in the digital realm. We only knew how to do it better and faster than they did, thanks to increased machine speeds and greater broadband.
On the first day at the training, you could read from people's faces (even if you want to disagree) that they were all perplexed, flabbergasted, petrified, bewildered and shamelessly worried, that what everyone thought they knew, they did not.
Our participation and attendance in to this training has not only increased our enlightenment to the use of internet and the worldwide web but has engaged our imagination to the myriad applications that have all along been available to us and which we can use and share.
We are better, wiser, stronger and bolder. And the seats which we so often cuddle in back at our different places of work will no longer be just pieces of furniture but positions from where information and knowledge will be shared, modules for delivery developed and disseminated and from where networks will be built and strengthened.
It is actually very good to be here....
